I was seriously surprised by how amazing the food was coming from a gas station, especially the Philly steak with curly fries and the burritos-everything tasted fresh and expertly made. The folks working there were super friendly, even staying late to cook for us, and the menu has a great variety including fantastic vegetarian options. Every time I'm in Pecos, I make sure to grab something to go from this hidden local favorite because the flavors keep me coming back.
