Until mid-September, the 505 chili packing company is running a small restaurant inside their plant, open only from 11 to 2 Monday through Friday. Located in the industrial part of town near the CAT equipment rental, this hidden spot serves organic chili for under $10 that I truly believe is some of the best local food you can find.
