Up in Nevada, there's a casino off S.R. 373 that's pretty tidy with decent service, though another server wouldn't hurt. The prices for the food are fair and it's quite tasty, but the restroom situation could be better. They have gas pumps outside that are cheaper than California, and a convenience store nearby is handy for quick needs.
