While this place was pretty busy, the food safety standards were shockingly low. The waitress who took our order also cooked our food. She would touch raw food, then wipe her hands on her pants, then touch money, wipe her hands on her pants, then fish out pickles from a jar, wipe her hands on her pants. I never saw her wash her hands once, even after she rubbed her nose. She needs to take a food handlers class before she makes someone very sick. The cooking surfaces were also soiled and grimy.
