The restaurant in the Tahoe area is a great option for groups, with a spacious dining room and fun arcade. The chicken enchilada soup and el pastor tacos were particularly delicious, and the guac and chips disappeared quickly. They also offer a variety of flavored margaritas and have a Happy Hour before 6 PM. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, making it a good choice for a meal while traveling through Truckee. The tacos, especially the shrimp and brisket varieties, offer diverse flavors and fresh ingredients. The house-made flour tortillas and properly seasoned black beans were standout elements of the meal. Overall, it's a solid choice for modernized taqueria fare in the Sierra town.
