HK Chicken is located at the back of HK Market, where you can find delicious fried chicken, fish-shaped waffles with red bean filling, and roasted sweet potatoes. The menu is simple but made with care by the lovely grandma owner. The fried chicken is reminiscent of a Thai-style version, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with pickled daikon radish and a spicy sweet sauce.
