The fresh tuna kimbap here strikes a perfect balance between creamy tuna and perfectly cooked rice and banchan, delivering a homemade flavor that instantly transports me back to Korea. The fried dumplings are a standout with their crispy exterior and savory pork and green onion filling, pairing beautifully with a tangy soy-vinegar dipping sauce. Visited a Korean supermarket in the morning to pick up some airport snacks, particularly kimbap, before catching a flight. The small corner inside the supermarket resembled a typical restaurant, so my expectations were moderate. The pre-packaged tuna kimbap was surprisingly delicious, tasting homemade rather than like restaurant fare. The quick service and friendly owners made the experience enjoyable, and I would definitely return before my next flight.
