The sushi and variety of dishes were absolutely delicious, with fresh flavors and beautiful presentation that impressed everyone at both events I attended. The staff was professional and attentive, handling setup and cleanup smoothly, and I look forward to enjoying their food again at future gatherings.

Had Red Fish cater an event recently and the sushi was absolutely delicious! Ramel and Keith were so attentive all night, making sure everything ran smoothly. Can't wait to enjoy their food again in the future - such great quality and service!
