Lopez was super helpful, explaining how they handmake their masa, which is hands down the best I've used for authentic Mexican cooking. The tortillas here are always fresh, affordable, and come in a bunch of tasty varieties like habanero, spinach, and wheat-perfect for any meal. I even drove from Whittier just to get my fix, and honestly, the chips and masa are just as amazing as the tortillas.
