I attended the annual Japanese food festival at the Kyoto Hotel in Little Tokyo on Saturday, and it was an absolute blast! Unlike other food festivals where you spend most of your time waiting in line, this event was well-organized with plenty of delicious food to go around. From sushi to soba, miso soup to mochi ice cream, they had it all, and I even got to witness a massive sushi roll-making extravaganza! The atmosphere was lively with music, sake tastings, and a beautiful Japanese garden to explore. Plus, they sent us home with a gift bag to continue the culinary fun at home. It was a truly memorable experience, and I can't wait to go back next year! 😊
