As someone who loves BBQ and cooks it at home, Maple Block Meat Co. really impressed me with its amazing food, friendly staff, and great mix of modern and old-school vibes. The brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, and cornbread were all outstanding, and I'm already planning to come back for more.
