I tried a variety of meats, including beef ribs, baby back ribs, and chicken leg, at a restaurant that had a nice balance of tender meat and flavorful sauces. While the potato salad and greens weren't my personal favorites, the overall meal was enjoyable and the baked beans and mac and cheese were standout dishes.
