I had a fantastic dining experience at the new La Barca Restaurant in Downey on Firestone Blvd, despite my initial hesitation due to a previous visit to a different La Barca location. The fresh, flavorful food and attentive customer service completely exceeded my expectations. The owner, Jorge, personally ensured that my dining experience was exceptional, and I left feeling satisfied and eager to return with family.
