The pizza was incredibly delicious, with a crust that was a perfect blend of white and wheat, as explained by Chef KG. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, although he kept the sauce recipe a secret. I enjoyed prompt delivery on my next order and look forward to returning for more of that fresh, handmade pizza during my next extended stay in LA.
