Delicious food and fantastic service at this food truck! I was pleasantly surprised by the freshly cut potatoes used in their French fries, a welcome change from the usual frozen ones. I tried the garlic carne asada fries with bacon, and they were absolutely amazing - the garlic flavor was perfect and every bite was packed with delicious ingredients. Making the drive from Anaheim was definitely worth it, and I look forward to exploring more of their menu in the future!
