During my stay at Embassy Suites, I decided to try the restaurant after hearing Pedro's enthusiastic recommendation for the salmon. The dish was absolutely delicious, especially with the unique twist of grilled oranges instead of lemon. The attentive service from both Pedro and bartender Lorenzo, who has over 20 years of experience, truly enhanced my dining experience, making it memorable and enjoyable.
