If you're not familiar with it, tortas ahogadas means drowned sandwiches, a specialty from Guadalajara, Mexico. This family really nails it with terrific bread rolls, tasty pork carnitas, and just the right amount of sauciness. It's a must-try for a delicious and authentic Mexican food experience.
