If you're in Castaic and craving authentic Mexican food, you have to try Shelly's; she consistently delivers delicious meals at reasonable prices. The camarones al diablo and traditional sopes are outstanding, and with generous portions and a friendly atmosphere, it's the perfect stop for a road trip lunch.
