During my travels to California, I inquired about pupusas and discovered a Salvadoran restaurant that prepared food fresh to order. While some have criticized the establishment for longer wait times and service, I found the delicious pupusas, especially the arroz variety, to be worth the wait, and the ambiance typical of any eatery.
