Chino Hills has a weird habit of letting its sushi spots start strong and then fizzle out (Tomo 7, anyone?), but this place is still killing it with fresh fish, friendly service, and creative menu surprises that keep me coming back for more. From the buttery toro to the flavorful Vanilla Taco and $2 sake bombs, every visit feels like a sushi celebration where the chefs actually remember my name-now that's sushi magic!

Vanilla Fish is really, really good! I've been there many times, and loved everything, every time! You can count of the freshest sashimi and sushi, any day of the week! Their staff is always fun and friendly! If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend giving them a try!
