I really enjoy the bibingka at this place. The flavors are exceptional, and I find myself buying two of each variety. The cheesesteak empanada is a standout item on their menu, filled generously and with a perfect crust. While some may confuse these with Latin American empanadas, these Filipino versions at Josephine's stand out for their quality and taste.
