They've got a great variety of treats like cookies, desserts, and coffees. I sampled the fruit tart and key lime pie tart, as well as the cream icicle cheesecake and peanut butter bars. Personally, the peanut butter bar wasn't my favorite, but the other desserts were quite refreshing. The cafe is connected to the Galley Hatch restaurant, so you can enjoy your treats indoors on a rainy day or sit outside after dinner.

Just had late breakfast at kay's kafe. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We have been patrons of the galley hatch for decades, and tried the breakfast while in town. We should have driven down the road to McDonals's. Decaf coffee was lukewarm, English muffin sandwich was rubbery and chewy. After taking a few bites I asked if it had been microwaved. She replied, "no". Well, I then looked behind the counter and saw a young man preparing food out of the microwave /convection oven. MY GOD, one of the best restaurants in the area AND such a disappointment. We will not be back AT ALL. So sad that you can't honestly be served decent food anymore. TOTAL WASTE OF $20.00.
