I prepared the Corn Berry Buckle recipe from the cornbread and muffin mix, and it turned out absolutely amazing-super moist and sweet. The experience of enjoying cornbread pancakes and muffins drizzled with Vermont maple syrup is unforgettable, and discovering organic ingredients from a passionate local farmer at a Burlington market made it even more special.
