Paradox Brewing offers a wonderful selection of craft beers that impressed me with their consistent quality and unique flavors like the Beaver Bite with its pine notes. The food menu is limited but delicious, especially the Paradox Pie and the Fireside cauliflower pizza, which I found to be some of the best I've ever tasted. With friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and beautiful views of the Adirondacks, it's an ideal place to relax after a day of hiking or exploring the area.

Paradox Brewery is a fantastic spot for beer enthusiasts. The variety and quality of their brews always impresses me. Plus, the friendly service and inviting atmosphere make each visit enjoyable.

What a very nice place to enjoy a beer and a pizza , Very friendly staff and the food was amazing truly enjoyed.
