I tried the Bacon Wrapped Sausage and Garlic Parmesan Fries at the 2016 SD County Fair and they were absolutely indulgent, with a drizzle of truffle oil and crispy bacon on top. The combination of flavors was rich, satisfying, and definitely on the pricier side. Don't miss out on their chocolate-covered bacon - it's a delicious treat that I enjoyed at the fair last year!
