I ordered through Ubereats and I got the notification that my food was ready an hour after I placed the order. I was already on my way and when I got there the girl at the door said it's almost ready. I was sitting there thinking it would be like 5 minutes tops, since it was ready. Right? Wrong. I was waiting outside in the cold for an HOUR. There was no communication, no apology. There was even people who came and ordered and got their food before me. I asked what the hold up was and the guy said they were backed up. Like they could have not accepted the order since they were "so backed up." They don't value their customers, so don't reward this terrible service with your business. I will NEVER come back here. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I can't even tell you how the food was because I was worried about eating it because who knows how long it was sitting for. It's sad that other good businesses are closing but this one stays open because it's in a good location.
