During a recent school field trip to local vendors, we visited Chesapeake Fish Co in Seaport Village and I was blown away by the experience. From witnessing the seafood processing firsthand to learning about environmental issues, our tour guide's knowledge was just the tip of the iceberg. My only regret was not getting to sample some of their delicious seafood like salmon, mussels, or oysters on the half shell!
