I regret to hear about Sarah's experience, but mine was quite different. Upon reviewing the menu, an Izzy's employee warmly welcomed us, and the service was exceptional throughout our visit. While the menu offered American cuisine, it was executed proficiently, and the coffee was particularly noteworthy for its quality. The bartender's entertaining glass juggling added to the fun and friendly atmosphere, and the attentive service, including keeping our drinks topped up, was commendable. The clean and pleasantly scented female restroom, along with the intriguing art and great music, contributed to an overall enjoyable dining experience at Izzy's.
