Dining here for the first time, I appreciated the spacious interior and subtle music, along with attentive yet unobtrusive service. The Sonora-style dishes, like the chili relleno, chicken enchiladas, and special quesadillas, were flavorful and made from scratch daily, with great sides such as buñuelos and rice. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and authentic food create a welcoming atmosphere that makes me eager to return and explore more of the menu.

Recently tried a new Mexican restaurant in El Centro. Loved the spacious, clean atmosphere and attentive service. The food was delicious, especially the chili relleno and chicken enchiladas. Would definitely return.

The best Mexican food in EC. The owner was a part of Camachos. She started Sobes. I go there often when I come home ðŸ¡.
