I ordered 4 happy meals (2)hamburger(2)MCNuggets, 2 big mac's & a chocolate shake. When we got our order there was a hamburger missing out of one of the Happy Meals. While we were at the window we informed the employee there was a hamburger missing from one of the Happy Meals. The manager then rudley came out and called us liars and asked for all of the sacks back so he verified we were correct and were missing one. We had to take all of the happy meals away from the kids which was very fun! By then I was very upset & had some very upset little kids. I said are you calling me a liar! After he found there was no hamburger we had to ask for an appology, and he finally gave us one but that was after he gave us grief. If it was not for the fact we were running late for an appointment and had 4 very upset children we would have gotten our money back. In conclusion, very poor customer service and the manager needs to be sent back to school or fired.
