The sushi at Jimbei truly melts in your mouth with fresh cuts and great fish-to-rice ratio, making it one of my favorite Japanese dining experiences in Irvine. Although the food quality impressed me, the service was a bit off, with dishes arriving out of order and some staff seeming less friendly than expected.
