After wanting to try this for a long time, I finally had lunch here and was impressed by the excellent steak and shrimp fajitas, as well as the fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, although a few seemed a bit entitled, but overall the service was fast and welcoming. The outdoor patio by the beach made for a perfect setting, and despite some minor issues like limited poke availability and tricky parking, I'm definitely looking forward to going back.

Poor management skills by general manager Olivia at the Newport Location. After being hung up on twice by the employees, I was transferred to Olivia. I needed to cancel my order I placed only to be told "they can't do anything on their end". I was told to utilize the app to cancel my order when I asked for a phone number or help to navigate how to cancel, I was simply told "I don't really know, I can't help you". Instead of being offered some type of solution I was simply just told "there's nothing I can do." Not a offer of anything but rude and helpless attitudes by the employees
I will not be ordering from either Newport or Laguna Beach location simply because of one person and poor customer service. Starts at the top. I have not eaten at Wild Taco was excited to support a local business and have my family try something different. I'll be going elsewhere thank you for nothing
