So I ordered a combo with my drink being water, and they tried offering me a bottled water I said I prefer the cup instead, because it's easier to drink cold water with a straw because my teeth are sensitive to cold. The lady said ok, then when I got to the window they refused me the cup and said that I had to take the bottle. I could of probably have asked for a straw but sometimes straws sink into the bottle and get stuck, at that moment I was just upset that Jollibee is the only place that has rejected me a cup of water when I ask for it. I say they have poor customer service 😒
