The chipotle Salmon at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, albeit a bit pricey. The fig jam & goat cheese flatbread, the burger, and the fries were all perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service was impeccable, with the waiter checking in on us regularly and providing a pleasant experience. The complimentary happy hour from 5:30-7:30 offered a great selection of appetizers, from buffalo chicken wings to hummus and pita, all of which were well-portioned and nicely presented. The cheesecake was a standout dessert, while the chocolate lava cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall still enjoyable.
