Late one night, I had a sudden craving for Mexican cuisine and decided to try Ruben's Buffet. The fajitas were not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality of food. Despite the slightly slow service due to a busy night with football, the overall experience was enjoyable and the Menudo and chile verde were exceptional. I appreciate the warm ambiance of the restaurant, which is connected to a lively bar, and the friendly staff who always make me feel welcome.
