There's a great spot in Town Center Mall where the sushi and ramen come in generous portions, taste fantastic, and the service is friendly and efficient despite the busy atmosphere. I've been several times and always enjoy the variety, especially the veggie ramen and bento meals, plus the addition of soju on the menu is a nice touch that keeps me coming back.
