Very disappointed Marisol this trip. Don't waste your time and money. We ordered room service for breakfast. The eggs and bacon were cold. They forgot butter and whipped cream for the pancakes. When that came, the pancakes were cold and icky. The coffee was cold. We ordered chips and guacamole at the pool. Guacamole was good but hardly any chips to eat it with for $18, with tip $23 (we had to get spoons to eat it). We then go for a birthday dinner. Online it said Happy Hour Monday to Thursday. It was a Wednesday night. I asked the specials. The hostess said, "oh we don't have a Happy Hour". I asked why is it on the website then? she said she didn't know. Wish I hadn't rushed my kids down early. We ordered 2 of the chicken nuggets and a grilled cheese for my kids. The nuggets were the worst ever served in a restaurant. They were hard fried balls of I don't know what. A fingernail size of chicken inside a nugget the size of a rock and fried so hard my 10 year old kids couldn't bite or chew them. We tried to tear them apart, there was no meat to eat. Everyone's stomach hurt and felt bad after that dinner. Sadly, it was not fine dining or anything close to it. We're at the resort for a week and are having to find other restaurant choices. That's not convenient while on vacation.
