Just had an amazing 24 hours at Cordevalle, where the service, resort, and food blew me away! Dinner at Il Vigneto was a highlight, especially that parpadelle with slow-braised lamb shank-such incredible flavors and textures. The entire experience felt tailored just for us, and I can't get over how friendly and attentive the staff was, making it a memorable night.
