Tonight, the Grill had a special dinner sitting for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was lovely, with a beautifully set floor and great table tops. The food was absolutely superb, especially the roasted chicken breast in mushroom sauce and warm red pepper bisque. I hope they start weekend dinner service to showcase their culinary skills even more! Kudos to the guys running the restaurant. The Bridge Ministry for men provides stellar service and the best burger I've ever had, served on a fresh rosemary bun with smoky jack cheese. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely happy to help, making the dining experience exceptional. The establishment is clean and modern yet retains a natural, classy look, and all proceeds go back to the community.
