The dining experience featured a unique dim sum-style service with servers circulating carts of small plates alongside an a la carte menu, allowing for a diverse sampling of dishes like steamed egg tofu, duck liver mousse, and Dungeness crab noodles. The staff demonstrated strong knowledge of both food and wine, providing helpful recommendations that enhanced the meal, while the lively atmosphere and open kitchen added to the overall ambiance. While some dishes stood out as exceptional, a few others were less impressive, but the attentive service and creative presentation made for an enjoyable and memorable evening.
