Though I haven't visited in person, my recent experiences with their fish at various restaurants in San Francisco left me astonished by its freshness. Each bite served as a reminder of the stark contrast with other wholesalers, prompting me to inquire about the source of the seafood whenever I choose a restaurant. My best friend Chef David Abella introduced me to All Seas, an inviting wholesale warehouse where the staff exudes kindness, and despite my slightly overdressed appearance, I felt right at home amid the bustling, water-covered floors that carried no unpleasant odor.
