If you're looking to shed some pounds or build muscle in a chill and private setting, The Body Studio in Foster City is where you want to be. The staff, especially trainers like Shinta, are super knowledgeable, and my husband and I love grabbing an iced mocha there every Saturday-great service and tasty drinks at a good price!
