I recently visited this taqueria while waiting for a friend at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. They were open early, serving a variety of breakfast items and delicious tacos like al pastor and asada. The prices were reasonable, the food was tasty, and the service was attentive - I would definitely recommend checking out Los Macias for a satisfying meal in the area.
