Upon arriving at this Vietnamese eatery for the first time, my craving for Pho was met with satisfaction as I savored the seafood pho with egg noodles. Despite the lack of crowd on a quiet Thursday night, the server, sporting a camoflage vest, pleasantly surprised me with his reserved yet efficient demeanor. While the portion sizes may cater more to individual servings and the chow mein was a bit sparse on noodles, the flavors of the dishes exceeded my expectations, filling the air with tantalizing aromas that lingered long after ordering.
