Exceptional customer service experience! I encountered difficulty finding my preferred LA Tortilla Factory tortillas at my nearby Vons store. After several attempts, I decided to contact them through their website for assistance. Promptly, they not only provided alternative locations where I could purchase the tortillas, but also arranged for them to be restocked at my Vons store the following day. The team was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the process. I am grateful for their support and the quality of their products.
