Dan Hearny did an outstanding job catering a Greek sit-down dinner for 40 guests at a clubhouse in Morgan Hill with limited kitchen facilities. Despite the challenge of a small kitchen, he brought his own grill and cooking table to create a delicious meal that impressed our group. The menu included hummus with pita, dolmas, spanakopita, chicken souvlaki, rice, and Greek salad, all for a reasonable price of $26.50 per person, including tip and tax. His attention to detail, flexibility with last-minute changes, and overall positive attitude made the event a success, and I would confidently recommend him for any catering needs.
