Tucked away in an unassuming corner, this little restaurant supply has become my go-to for fresh noodles at unbeatable prices. The thin wonton noodles hold up beautifully when cooked, and the friendly staff are always eager to share their insights on sauces and spices to elevate any dish. Despite the sketchy neighborhood and the seemingly closed exterior, stepping inside reveals a treasure trove of authentic ingredients and a commitment to quality that keeps me coming back.
