The Pho at To Chau in Chinatown is still as delicious as ever, with generous portions of fresh veggies and flavorful broth. The service may not be the friendliest, but the food comes out quick and hot. If you're a fan of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this old-school spot is a must-try in Honolulu's Chinatown.
