Let me start out saying this used to be my favorite restaurant. It’s the place I bragged and raved about, the place that I held work events and had family dinners. A few times I would order takeout just to have something missing or wrong with that order. When I spoke with the female owner she was very nice and understanding but I had to share my thoughts on her young staff that has no manners , they don’t pay attention and take no pride in the job. Tonite as my family and I ask for a table of 4 get pushed aside for a new crowd that comes after us with NO reservations. When I said something to the kids up front they just look at each other with empty thoughts and bad attitudes. It’s funny when you confront someone who’s job is to be polite , they turn around rudely , like you are the stupid one that didn’t just see them give your table away right in front of your eyes. I could go on and on with the treatment I received and I could say being a business owner myself that telling people 5-10 min when it’s going to be 40 min or when they feel like remembering you sitting in the corner is a bunch of Sh*t. I will never come back and I will make sure everyday I let people know not to deal with the Malees staff up front.
