After living in San Francisco for several decades, I have developed a strong appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine, and Anh Hong in Honolulu's Chinatown has become a favorite. The brisket pho and bun bo hue were both flavorful, and the service was friendly and welcoming, making for an enjoyable dining experience that I look forward to repeating during future visits.
